Update: After reaching out to the company about my refund after days of receiving the electronic signature confirmation, I did get my refund, but another return cost came up that I didn't expect. $21.35 was taken out of my refund for restocking. I am now out just a few cents shy of $60! Be careful on ordering if you aren't 100% sure both the front and back will work for you.The tires seem decent quality, but we couldn’t use them as the back tires wouldn’t fit on the back. When I submitted to return them, I found out I would have to eat the shipping cost to send them back. It cost me almost $40 to ship them back. Fingers crossed I get my refund after being out that much to send back. I did pay the $8 for electronic signature verification. If I'm going to spend that much to send back an item that cost me so much, I'm going to get that confirmation it was received.

Tires only support 90lbs, The front bearings are 12mm, that's less then 1/2 an inch. You could build a go cart for your small dog and it might work if you can find front steering knuckles that will accept such a small shaft size.
