great meals and love how they are shelf stable, they loose a star because the meat stew is Ewww!

I've had some bad luck with screen protectors in the past, but I thought I'd give these a try. I thought the price was quite good. It is a great product, but you really should watch the short video they provide (QR code comes in the box) before you apply. These screen protectors go on very well IF you follow the instructions. They provide all the implements (wipes, etc.) that you need for a smooth application.Don't attempt to apply it without watching the video first. It makes it so much easier. Trust me!

My husband really likes these. He likes the taste, the portion control, and the high protein in a relatively small package. He cooks them for 2 minutes rather than the one minute that the instructions recommend. You will have to add your own salt. My husband likes them with garlic salt. With both of us working from home, I just cant stop and make him 3 meals a day. These come in handy. My husband is a food snob and he likes these for what they are so I don't understand at least one review that said they were horrible. Perhaps they make one that is bad but we haven't come across it yet. As a mac and cheese lover and squash hater, perhaps it was the mac and cheese. There is butternut squash in the mac and cheese. I subtracted one star just because these are pricey. Otherwise, I would give them 5 stars for what they are. We will definitely be reordering these.

I do love these meals. They're great but bot perfect. I am trying to lose weight. I used to mostly get lean cuisine which was cheaper (well most the time). But I do got a living situation that doesn't leave me with any freezer space and I need to eat healthier. Best thing about these is they don't require you to put them in the freezer. Though you should refrigerate after opening if you don't eat it all. My only gripes with the food is I wish the portion sizes were a tad bigger, and the prices were lower. Maybe instead of being about $4 a meal, maybe be $2, or $2.50, maybe $3. I do think they're good, just not $4 good. Meh I'm a cheapskate and don't got the best income. But I can still afford them. I have lost weight with these and continue to look forward to great results.

Not worth the money.

I have tried pretty much ALL the diet meal brands/providers out there over 20 years of my life. This tastes just like one of them (will not mention name but it is very popular) and this price is MUCH lower! I am delighted to find these meals. Like many other plans, I add on fruits and vegetables (cooked & raw salads) and feel very satisfied. They are affordable, shelf stable and have helped me lose 12 lbs (slowly, over 4 months because I have hypo-thyroidism and chronic pain so it is very hard to lose weight) and that has been so valuable to me especially during COVID! Just so you know, I also exercise but nothing crazy. 30 mins 3 times/week of low impact aerobics.
