Mostly removed the stains, though failed to remove smaller particles
Due to construction across the road of my house, there was daily cement dust that was deposited on the panels, which even on cleaning with water will not go and some actually started hardening. Hence as a last resort tried this product. This one removed the bigger chunks of cement, but small particles of cement that were hardened would not be removed even after rubbing them for more than 10-15 minutes and using this product undiluted. In fact I used 1 liter entirely on 6 panels (I have 14 in total for 5kWp). It also failed to remove the tar marks which was there due to pre-monsoon works done by the neighbor. (We share the terrace area in our building). So in all satisfactory performance, though would not say 100%. Only problem since the day of cleaning, it has been cloudy and sun is hardly out so can't judge the performance.
