FS80 Fingerprint Scanner

Product arrived on time; works great.

I have 5 of these in my office. 4 worked until I up dated to Windows 8.1. Now they do not work. I have emailed back and forth for two weeks, done everything they suggested, and still they do not work. The one that never worked is on a Window Server 12 computer. I have sent screen shots of my computer to them on several occasions to show what I get when I try to install it. They try a new solution send it to me and still it does not work. I have asked to return the scanners on several occasions and they do not respond to that question.

Fingerprint reader is very good and accurate. I ran a number of tests with unenrolled fingers and with others fingers to see if I could trick it and it came through with flying colors! The driver and software are excellent and easy to set up for Windows log-on (I'm using Windows 7 64 bit) but a bit less intuitive to setup for website login screens. That said, once I figured out the format of entering the info for such log-ins, it is now a snap. If the software were a little more intuitive, I would have given this 5 stars. Regardless, I would buy another one without hesitation.
