Brilliant stuff
I am a professional decorator and use this in place of caulk if I am trying to fill a gap between two surfaces that move a lot. For instance on exterior doors with vertical tongue and groove boards. This stuff has prevented the joints becoming opening to the elements for 3 years. With the right primer this can be over painted with ease which can’t be said for silicone or mastic
