Can not reprogram
I installed the camera initially and set it up over wifi. Connecting to the cameras wifi was simple. Installing the camera was somewhat simple. Completing the setup to connect it to the wifi at my job Was an issue. The app froze and when I went to restart it to complete the setup, I could no longer view the camera's wifi and it would not connect to the app. I tried to reset the camera: it says it charges if left plugged in for approx 4 hours. It did not stay charged. You cannot reset the camera unless its plugged in. The reset hole is on the back of the camera where you cannot access it while plugged in. I returned the camera and they charged me $7+ dollars to return. Initially I paid about $4.50 for them to ship it to me. Seems like they are covering the cost to make the camera with the shipping and the item cost is their profit. Camera worked ok but complications with programming and the company overcharging for shipping will keep me from purchasing any of their items again.

Horrible camera not worth buying
Not worth buying. Motion detection does not work correctly. video on sd have to be downloaded each time i need to view a live recording which sucks big time. Motion detection is delayed. nothing nice about this camera and i would not recommend it to anyone. If it wasn't too much of headeache to return i would have.
