Best way to get rid of Rats in your house.
I wasted so much money on traps and other products. My issue is that rats are smart, once a trap worked once, they knew to avoid it or spring the snap traps. There are several key factors to make sure this works. It takes a week to work. Set multiple food bait stations where you know rats are coming. Remove as much other food sources as possible. Make it unavoidable for the rats. So, my kitchen had a bad infestation. I could hear baby rats in a nest in the walls, hear rats scurrying, rats squeeling and fighting. I threw these blocks to behind my stove where I couldn't reach, under the refrigerator, pantry closet, rear any rat entry points. Waited about a week then they all died.

Give it some time to work
I am experiencing a huge rat problem in NYC. The lock down imposed during the COVID-19 pandemic forced the restaurants to close. And with that, the rats that usually feasted on the food and grease from the restaurants had to go elsewhere to find food. Well, they came to my building in droves and attacked my outdoor garbage cans. They were in the garbage day and night and chewed holes all over the plastic garbage cans. So I ordered some bait stations and a tub of these. The rats at first did not touch the bait for two weeks. Once they started eating the bait, it took another two weeks before I started finding dead rats around the garbage cans. It has been about 3 months and I am still finding dead rats every other day. I guest these must be so good that rats in the entire neighborhood heard about them and are coming to my building for them.

Finally, a product that really works.
This is the only product I found to really work in my garage. Mice, squirrels, voles -- I had a real problem. I now see no evidence of their presence and I'm very satisfied. I have tried several other poisons and products with little success.I have tried applying 3 ways: nailing to a board, laying one bar on the garage floor near my cars, and crushing and sprinkling. I found the first two methods most effective.Be aware that this stuff is deadly and will likely kill your pets. Be careful.

Mice and rats love this stuff!
They seem to have gotten the formula right with this stuff. If I leave a cube in the attic, it's gone the next day. It does take three days, more or less, to kill rats, but it will kill them and I haven't had any problems with bait shyness. Downside, you don't really know where the rodent will die and if you do find a rodent dieing of it, it's a little gruesome. No blood and guts or anything, but the rodent will suffer some.

WORKS!
Don't believe Google comments that vols only eat grass roots. This stuff works and works FAST. My only complaint is that I now have enough to last for the next hundred years.

This stuff works!!!
Place this in the area where rats exit and enter. Place into hole if possible. Wait a day or two and watch these fools stagger out and die!!! Used it several times and each time I find them dead or dying in my backyard.
