Extremely well made!
When I ordered this product I thought it was a lot of money for a mount considering there are many cheaper alternatives. However after mounting it and installing the TV I am extremely pleased with the purchase. To start with it is very sturdy, both in the way it attaches to the wall and in the way the TV is secured. I don't have any concerns about stability when extending the TV or tilting it in the mount. Everything is rock solid.I was very impressed with the mounting procedure as well. It comes with a mounting template, tools, level, and a wide assortment of screws, bolts, and spacers to address just about any mounting situation you could think of. No running to the hardware store to get extra parts. Everything you need is provided and you will have extra parts left over that won't be needed for your particular situation. There are a number of different ways the TV mount can be adjusted as well. First there is the sliding backplate that allows the TV to be mounted left or right of center relative to the mounting plate. Then there are the brackets that attach to the TV that can be attached in multiple up/down positions due to the wide variety of mounting holes. The way the TV bracket is attached to the mount itself gives even more left/right position adjustment. Then there are horizontal and vertical tilt adjustments you can make after everything is mounted. It is clear everything was well thought out when this product was designed.I have no regrets paying a bit more considering what you get. Great purchase - I would do it again.

It is very substantial! Would buy it again!
The directions took a little bit of figuring out, but my husband and I are still married after getting this installed. It comes with a template and a small level, as well as three Velcro strips for wrapping up cords. You will need a stud finder, tape measure or a long level, a drill/drill bit for pilot holes, and a ratchet driver. I also bought the additional bracket for the sound bar, and again the directions weren’t the best but we got it figured out. There is a tilt feature that is easy to use, and the bracket system operates smoothly. The way the TV is mounted on the bracket itself would make it reasonably easy to remove the existing TV if you’d ever need to replace it. This thing is almost too much for the new lighter weight TVs but better to have that than worry about your TV crashing down. (I purchased Velcro dots to keep the original TV remote with the TV since I can run everything with my cable company’s remote.)

Feels sturdy, installs with straight-forward effort, and easily holds/moves/operates with my 65" TV.
Overall: A great buy at this price point. I don't own many TV wall-mounts but after shopping around a little online and in box stores, I feel like this is a really good deal if you have that upper-mid size of TV.This equipment is heavy-duty - in that I mean it is heavy gauge and not flimsy. The included template works just fine. It came with a couple levels that are helpful during installation. An HDMI cable is even thrown in -- and the cable doesn't suck, actually pretty nice cable. The rotation orientation adjustment (i.e. -- oops, I have it just out of level after lagging it into my stud! how can I fix it?) +/-3° was VERY simple, and I needed to do just that.It really needs two adults on-hand to install -- too heavy to hold and lag/bolt in for just one person. Also, the German instruction made me laugh when I saw the word for "screwdriver". If you buy this, then don't cheat and wait for your installation guide to look at the German first page (after the English, of course) to see it. :-)

Outstanding Wall Mount and well thought out design + bonus tools!
I install Wall Mount TV's as a part time job, and this is one of the best wall mount systems I have ever installed. The instructions were quite clear, and well written. Even though I have my own system of doing installs, there are important details needed for any TV install, and the manual included pretty much everything needed. The wall mount is designed for both wood studs and concrete. They do not include concrete bolts, but they can be shipped to you for free if you call them. (Hopefully nobody EVER tries to install in just drywall....). An electronic stud finder is helpful for locating studs, but not necessary. You can tap on the walls to locate the studs. Another trick to find the exact center of the stud is to use a hammer and nail, and locate the sides of the studs with that.A huge help was the Template provided. It was not a flimsy piece of paper, but thicker card stock which held up nicely. It had all of the measurements and holes laid out so after identifying where the studs were, it was easy to line the template up and tape it to the wall. From there, I simply drilled my holes right through the template. Two Levels are included in the package, which I find rather incredible.... Nobody gives you things for "free".The useful level is about 6 inches long and is handy to make sure your template and the wall mount is straight.[There is also a tiny level included with the template that you can stick on. But because you have to put it on yourself; if you are off alignment even the slightest, so it is useless.].The Wall Mount unit is quite heavy, so it is helpful to have one person hold up the mount, while the other one screws in the bolts, then tightens them. This is actually something else I really like: The bolts have both a Philips head as well as hex! So you can start it with a screwdriver, and finish with a 1/2" ratchet. Way easier....After it's up, all the adjustments were quite simple to make. Tilt, centering, leveling were so simple it took most of the aggravation right out of it. The locking pins on the TV pegs were a nice touch too. I hate the mounts that require the long hex key to find a tiny little hole in the dark under the TV mount. This one was quite simple.
