These adapters are SUPER USEFUL, especially for supplying power to any of the newer more advanced Video Cards which require 2 8pin power connectors, since they turn a single connector 6 pin into 2 8 pin connectors. Using this you can install more than one power hungry Video Cards into your computer. The normal adapter takes 2 6 pin connectors to make 1 8 pin connector.As long as your Power Supply has enough power, this will work perfectly. However if your Power Supply does not have enough power, then you should probably get a more powerful one, before you use these adapters.These adapters are very well made and are super easy to use, and the cost is totally worth the low price.

Got my 3090 up and running completely fine no issues. Great if you need a power supply adapter, but have the correct power to run your GPU.

Nothing really special about this honestly

I built a new box with an AMD 3700X, an ASUS X570 mobo, and a couple Sabrent Rocket nVME M2 drives (as well as other stuff<G>) and I bought an AMD 5500XT GPU. Dang! The PSU didn't have an 8-pin pcie connection (grumble grumble). But I found these, ordered them, they arrived (well beyond Prime's promises) and that was a week or so ago. Finally got to it today, and installed the 5500XT using these adapters and all was sweet. I'm not a gamer (in fact I kinda avoid those silly things as much as I can and don't allow them on any of my systems) but the 5500XT did seems a little sharper and crisper than the RX560 I was using before. Maybe nothing measurable, but at least it is of the same generation as the X570 with pcie- Gen 4 compatibility.

Accurate

I bought these as a stopgap solution to use my current PSU with my new GPU until my backordered new PSU arrives in a few weeks. They work. They were a cheap price. They're short enough that you aren't adding a ton of extra cable to the inside of your case. Would buy again if needed.

I got these to cut up and just use the connectors, and they worked great for that. The wires are stranded, as expected, and the connectors are high quality.

Great little cable, a must if you are upgrading your video card. Not sure why it’s not included with the card but this is an inexpensive connector, easy to connect and works good.

Adapter works well and seems to be good quality with no issues powering an amd 7950, 2 pack was ideal for me and good value.

The product seems well made and comes nicely packaged. Plugged into RX570 GPU and working perfectly, thanks! A single pack would be preferable but sold on the 2nd part with ease bringing the final price down significantly.
