I used this product for my works iPad very handy whilst I’m working from a car being on the road five days a week

My 4 yr old iPad Air 2 died on me vey recently. I chose a new iPad (6th Gen) because I didn't need an iPad Pro (too expensive) and thought the memory choices of the new iPad Air too limited. I was also told my existing Apple smart cover would fit the new iPad. It didn't. So I needed something new to protect my heavier and thicker new iPad. I spotted this product on Amazon and took the plunge. Positives - it fits and protects and is cheaper than a new Apple Smart Cover and has a good external keyboard than can be backlit (more on that later). Negatives - it adds bulk and weight and makes using the iPad (in bed) a bit awkward - perhaps I should just take it out in that situation. I couldn't get the backlight to work as the instructions said. It isn't clear that you have to press "Fn" and the "Backlight CMD" button and keep the "Fn" pressed while you repeat repush the "Backlight CMD" to switch the backlight on, increase the brightness and then switch it off. You also have to do the same ("Fn" co-push) to change the colour of the backlight. That was frustrating as doing it as the instructions say doesn't work. Apart from that, I am loving the ensemble.

Great, works well for writing and protecting my iPad, the pen holder is really handy too. The only problem is that the stand sometimes fall down, especially on a really smooth surface. You also can’t really use it on an uneven surface like you lap.

Absolutely over the moon with this keyboard case! Totally as described.... the quality of the material and the look and feel of the product blew us away! Even the packaging that it came in completely surprised us...This may have been one of the most inexpensive keyboard covers that we looked at buying and we were a little reticent to purchase due to the price, but we needn’t have been concerned.... it looks and feels far better than the one we had bought previously for £120.As for performance and battery life... so far so good! Would definitely recommend 👍👍👍

I was seriously surprised at how well made this case is. Also pleasantly surprised (based on previous experience of buying iPad cases) that it looks exactly like the pictures and the keyboard is properly built into the case and not attached via cheap magnets.The case is very good value for money and I’m very happy that I bought this. Wood definitely recommend to anyone who wants to use their iPad a bit more like an iPad and does lots of typing. The stand on the back is also very good and has a comfortable viewing angle.

Really good at what it says. Fits the older iPad easily. Soft keys and well lit with own choice of colour. My laptop malfunctioned so I had to use this and I managed to type a 3000 word essay for university on my iPad using this. It’s still working :)

Works very well, you can change backlight colour, and it uses the same layout/languras your software keyboard. The battery is ok (I turn it off between uses, it reconnects very quickly).It's a bit heavy, so if you're not planning to use the keyboard a lot, you might want to have two cases rather than carrying this around all the time.
