Purchased for charging my Makita 6 AH batteries.
This charger, though not Makita branded, charged my 6 Ah batteries where the charger I have for my 3 Ah batteries would not accept the 6 AH batteries. However, at this writing, I'm not certain if I can charge my 3 Ah batteries with this charger. Hopefully I can.

Need a reliable charger
Charges fast, maybe to fast. The quick charge might be shortening the life of the batteries it charges

I tried to charge my battery pack and it would not charge. I even left it over night and still didn't work. It says it compatible but it failed.
