Whats difference between standard and premium?

I have a 29 gallon biocube and on the directions it says to add 1 teaspoon for every 100 gallons, so I'm wondering how much I should use when feeding.

I would say 2/5 to 3/5 a tea spoon depending on what ur feeding , i have a 200 gal heavy sps reef and i feed 3 teaspoons so just really depends on who ur feeding but if it is lightly stocked go with 1/5 medium 2/5 heavy 3/5 , Have a nice night

Yes, a lot. Feed very carefully to avoid a spike.

Is this also good for coco worms?

I don't know to be honest since I have no Coco worms
