I have owned this piece for nearly 20 years. I have served the Thanksgiving turkey, the Christmas ham, grilled meat and vegetables and just about anything you can think of on it. I have kept food in the fridge, cooled the tray sand contents in the freezer AND used it to heat entrees for dinner. It was spectacular and easy to clean always by hand...never in the dishwasher..Because I have had such a positive experience, I bought this for a wedding present for my great-niece. I know she'll love its versatility. Scallops never go out of style.
