Never thought I would call a paper towel holder bad*#%!!This thing is heavy duty steel.I got the black one.looks good and doesn’t fall over easy at all.Get it.Good quality!Its made in India which we all know is better than being made in that other country…..

I was looking for something ultra simple but quality for my office. This definitely fit the bill.I would definitely recommend.

I bought some paper towel holders at the store, but hated them all because they were too fancy yet not sturdy and/or doesn't allow large fat rolls to sit straight. This is basic yet sturdy and well made. Just what I am looking for.

Does its job, but the center column that holds the paper towel tube is about an 1/8th of an inch too wide. So you have to hold the top of the arch while pulling the paper towel so the whole thing doesn't fall over. If it was slightly slimmer, the paper towel rolls would spin way easier.

This is very sturdy for our outdoor kitchen, however, it has a large paint chip in the middle of the post. My husband didn't think it was worth returning. I'm afraid it will rust quickly in Florida. I'm disappointed it was sent in this condition.

Have window above my sink and had another si,liar towel holder with larger base that I used there for more counter spaceIt was larger than width of shelf and kelp pulling off when I would get towelsOrdered this one which is smaller base and fits on shelf betterAble to take towels w/o having entire holder off shelfSeems durable…metal after all…

I've had two of these over several years (my roommate liked it so much he stole it from me when I moved out) and the quality is second-to-none. The mass is just enough that it stays put on the counter when you give it a good tug but light enough to be grabbed and thrown around when necessary. If you need a good paper towel dispenser that will last years, look no further.
