First timer: trial n error for best fit is normal!
I’m super happy with my purchase!I’m a first time buyer with any kind of metal jewelry and the first try was a bit of a miss. I first got a ring with too big of a diameter thinking I needed lot of space to not cut of circulation , but it proved to be to big!Word of advice if you can put it on and still be able to fit your pinky in with your scrotum it’s probably too big.I returned it by simply stating it was too big and loose and Got an emailBack from Sarah to return the item. I ended purchasing a smaller diameter with a heavier weight and it fits great! Snug but not tight!Feels sexy and looks it too! Def going to add more to my collection!

I don’t like this company.
The product seems ok but I will describe the problem. This size is too small for me. I have a history of severe ear infections and I was very sick for 6 or 7 weeks. I just couldn’t go to the post office. I was so sick and couldn’t even go into my workshop because I had fallen several times from balance problems and vertigo. To be fair it is their right to not exchange for a different size after 30 days. I am in customer service and have been most of my life. I also understand what the real world is like. I take care of customers through tough situations and people are unimaginably loyal when you go just a little farther. I would have hoped they could see beyond their policy and understand the situation. They sure don’t have my loyalty. I’ll buy another elsewhere.

Screw Stripped, Not A Standard Size
This works great, but the screw has too fine of a thread and strips out easily. I figured I'd grab a screw from the fastener shop, but the head isn't a standard size. Replacements from TheChainGang cost $7--a bit steep for 17 cent replacement part that can be mailed USPS First Class for under a dollar.The screw shouldn't strip.It should be a standard size.A replacement shouldn't cost more than $2--especially if they're going to strip so easily.

GREAT product-need some better guidance
Love the rings! Have now bought 2 in order to stack them. Can't wait to put them on every time. They do take a little getting used to putting them on, but after some stretching exercises it has gotten to be a breeze.Would've given 5 stars had they sent a little more information or guidance on how to get started. The Chain Gang(the chain gang.com) blog has some great information that was super helpful, but I had to go searching for it to find it. A little guide with some drawings or a simple QR how to video would be great! Learning the stretching exercises they talk about on the blog has made a MAJOR difference in my application of the weights.

Finally got one in my size.
Always a great product for men who want something fun and heavy.Slowly adding to my collection and think I found my size at 20x32. This is my third weight from the Chain Gang and i love them all. It's easily hidden under my clothes save for the sound of metal on metal. Both from other weights and my PA.

Great buy, measure carefully
Product is very comfortable once you have the right size. I wear it every day. Love it. Screw with Allen is easy to use. 1 guy said it stripped, not sure if he meant the allen head or the threads but the screw doesn't need to be torqued, snug is plenty fine.High quality product.

Very frustrating at first, the Allen wrench is difficult to use.
It took me 4 times to put this on. I have a system now. It fits perfectly not too snug not too big. I switched the screw to a Phillips head and it works much easier than the Allen wrench. The weight feels nice too.
