Corner Desk Perfection
Desk is beyond sturdy and easy to put together

Great value!
The set up was not horrible. The directions didn't seem clear at first, but once you get started, you are good! Only thing about it is that when putting the screws in, the holes would not align correctly so I ended up leaving about two of the screws out. But, it's still seems sturdy, so I'm happy! Would definitely recommend!

Decent table-- make sure you're careful when assembling!
The table came in good condition and was the right way round, which was comforting (looking at the other reviews I was worried). With this said, some parts were mislabeled and some pieces didn't have labels at all, so make sure you are extra careful when assembling. I had to use some hindsight when assembling and I noticed that if I followed the instructions, the table would have the short side on the left instead of the right. I had to swap some pieces around and ignore the instructions for a bit, but beyond that mishap, everything went swell! A hammer comes in handy in making sure the non-screwable pieces are properly lined up well so that the table is level.Besides that, the table is good quality-- the box was heavy when it arrived which was a good sign. No scuffs, does not scratch easily, and a great color!Took off a star as the assembly would probably more difficult for a first time assembler, but other than that, I recommend!

Highly Recommend !
Really awesome quality desk. Very large and very sturdy. Excited to use it! Took me about an hour to assemble, but the directions were straight forward. A few screws were difficult to screw in, but nothing terrible.

Horrible Experience!!! Not as pictured- short side is left NOT right
I measured and meticulously looked through multiple desks thinking this was going to be the right one for the space I needed it. As shown this is a L-shaped desk with the short hand side being the right hand side. When the product arrived the box showed an L-shaped desk with left Being the short side, but the instructions showed right. I tried to assemble and sure enough the left hand side was shorter and that does work for me or my space at all. I contacted Amazon and they sent a replacement desk, the exact same thing happened again, only I didn’t try and assemble because I could tell right away that it was wrong.Apparently the company has stopped manufacturing the item as shown and has switched it to the left-hand side. Now I have to play Tetris to figure out how in the world to get all of these desk pieces back into a very tight box so this useless desk can be sent back and I can get my money back.

A beautiful L-shaped desk plagued by a few problems here and there. Could’ve been better.
+ All tools are provided+ Beautiful coloration+ Fairly sturdy desk once you get everything settled+ A lot of space to work with+ Minimalistic+ Leg rests x2± Finicky assembly here and there± Instructions are provided; small print difficult to decipher at first, but flows after you figure out that that “8” is actually a “B” for screw type (based off Figure 1)± I have it at a comfortable distance now, but computer monitor is way too close for my liking compared to my old desk± Requires at least two people to build skeleton of desk± Not interchangeable- Holy Styrofoam! Styrofoam EVERYWHERE!- Desk itself, surprisingly, isn’t level: had to lower two of the anti-skid/anti-scratch end caps to get it to level out- Poor placement of some thread cuts: screws can’t go in properly if thread cut is 2-4cm’s off or not even there- Connecting bars don’t sit flush- Some of the bars have bad paint jobs: when hammering the pieces into one another, paint chips off- Wooden tops aren’t level either; the bump between the connecting two tops is noticeably annoying----------------------------------------So, this is a love-hate relationship. I want to love this desk completely, as I’m drawn to its minimalistic design, but assembly has left me with a sour taste. My need for perfection screams at the sheer low quality in craftsmanship, I’m left questioning the price. What do I mean by this? Well, thread cuts being off by a few centimeters, some bars not fitting snug, and it not sitting level are just a few issues. Really, there are so many flaws that are simply not acceptable at this price point. Before I get into the negatives, I’ll start off with some positives. WESTEROS is gorgeous: the wood is a nice walnut color situated on top of a black steel frame. The two leg rests are a wonderful addition too, and it’s nice to finally have a desk come equipped with them. There’s a lot of space to work with, with the complete dimensions being 66x48x30 inches. I was able to comfortably shift the contents of my old desk over, including 2 24” monitors, my keyboard and mouse, 1 3x5 shelving cube unit, a lamp, Qi wireless charger, and various books. Now, the monitor is a little too close for comfort for me, as compared to my old desk I was able to sit back about 40” from the screen. Its 30” of distance, but with my monitor I lose 3”. 27” isn’t bad, but it’s definitely something I’ll have to readjust to.The first negative is kind of a comical one if I’m being honest, but it did make for a ridiculous mess. Most people know how clingy Styrofoam can be, so it doesn’t make sense to use something that’ll “explode” easily. I had hundreds of small Styrofoam pieces everywhere: between the boards, stuck to the steel bars, and in the nail bags. It was no big deal since it’s easy enough to vacuum up, but yeah. Unnecessary time spent on cleanup. Now, my biggest gripe: everything about assembly. Like I said, I like the desk as a finished product. It is, however, terrible to construct. Pieces don’t fit comfortably, requiring effort to hammer bars together. The thread cuts are just as bad, with most them not evenly made or even present. I was building this in my room and probably should’ve moved the project into the basement. My floor boards took a beating. Some of the black paint also came off of the bars as well. Not the best quality paint by any means.I had to leave some screws out of the board due to misaligned thread cuts too. Some of them were not even there, and a few were just a few centimeters off. The biggest kick in the face was the one that was a mere 1 cm off. After 5 minutes of trying to get it to connect, I eventually gave up. In total, I wasn’t able to screw in 5 out of 10 screws that keep the wooden tops down. That’s a pretty significant, and concerning, amount...The wooden boards and bars weren’t level as well. I had to push a bar down at least an inch, and another one 2 inches in order to screw bars together. I’m a small 5’6” 107lb woman, and this required my full weight and power. Again, not the best desk to build by oneself - make sure to have someone help.I’ve also attached a picture of the uneven wooden tops. It’s not the end of the world, but for anyone who requires perfection, then this will be a problem. Not only does it not accept all provided screws, but you’re going to have to live with the fact that one board is going to be crooked. I currently have my keyboard and mouse pad covering the uneven surface, with the bump very noticeable otherwise.Overall, I think this is an unacceptably high price for something that is plagued by various production issues. It makes for a beautiful piece of furniture when fully assembled, but is unnecessarily difficult due to the reasons stated above. Price-wise, I think it would be more appropriately priced between $80 to $100. If all production issues are solved, however, then I’d say it’s worth its price in full. Beautifully minimalistic piece, but needs a lot of improvements.

Rock solid desk
The desk wasn’t to bad to assemble, and once together is rock solid. Well worth every penny. Can’t imagine needing another desk for a long time but will buy again when I do.
