Not 12W, only 8 Watts! False advertisement!
The wattage is a lie, these are advertised as 12 watts each, here you can see a screenshot of my electricity monitoring device with two bulbs turned on. It is measuring 16 Watts. For two bulbs that should be 24 Watts. I have tried this with all six of the bulbs I received. Also, neither the box nor the light bulbs themselves have any wattage printed on them. The bulbs don't say anything at all so it's a mystery what you are plugging in. This is definitely not what I paid for and these are going back.
