Best price you can receive for a couch that’s was only 499.99 plus tax which was not bad. Not to mention the 5 year warranty I paid for, I was satisfied with my purchase.

I have other warranties with this company and have great respect for them. This time, I thought (incorrectly) the warranty covers a recliner's inner workings. It covers the exterior only from those day-to-day coffee spills.

Don't bother getting protection plan they find a way not to cover any damage. I had a small gouge and they said mine wouldn't be covered...

Flimsy product that's too smallI'm 6' 2" and I feel like I'm constantly sliding off the front of the couch because it's so small

The arm keeps falling off
