This set is so much fun and the feel of the food has the fun of magic sand without the mess! The soft fabric is satisfyingly touchable - I keep a piece of the bread in my own purse as a stress reliever. High quality - has held up beautifully so far for the 2 months we have had it - and it has gotten played with A LOT!

We bought this product for one of the classrooms and the pieces are breaking at the seams. Since it is past the return date, we have to try to mend them or throw them away since it is not safe for the children. We had them out in the classroom for a week and they are already breaking.

These were bigger than I was expecting. The box was visually appealing and I know it was a great item for a gift. My very active toddler likes to grab them and play with them. I am hoping they continue to hold up well with heavy use. They seem like a great item and I am not disappointed.

The sand leaks through the fabric. My toddler likes to bite them and I worry that it will get in his mouth. It seems treated with something or bleached, not just natural sand. One of the apples also arrived with a ripped seam. Will not be returning as my child has already played (and chewed) on them.

I found these at Marshall’s for $7.99. I didn’t buy them off of Amazon, so I can’t review the seller and this is only for the product. I love these. They’re super cute. HOWEVER, I bought the dessert set and this one for a total of like $16 so I feel like the price is pretty high. Also, I’ve had to have my mother in law sew a few pieces back together as they busted open pretty quickly and the filling gets everywhere. It’s a mess. My kids are toddlers (2,3,3,&4) but they know better than to chew on their toys so I’m not sure if these are just poorly made or what. They aren’t played with gently but they aren’t throwing them around or anything crazy. I think they’re great, but not at this price.

Not the best quality but also not the worst. Look a little cheap but kids don't care about that. Good for pretend play. Gave 3 stars because my son hardly plays with them, ultimately they are the ones rating. Not sure how long they will last due to quality but they were also inexpensive compared to others. Just depends on your budget and what you're willing to pay for.
