Fun tissue to create piñatas!!

These were not as full or fluffy as within the picture. I still used them for what I purchased them for, but this picture is deceptive, I had to fold them three times over to get the same look.

Fantastic! Sturdier than expected and the shiney plastic frills give dimension and reflect light. I used this for VBS as part of a jungle theme and actually hung inflatable monkeys from it!

we love this... thanks. I have looked and looked every where for it. meaning hobby lobby other craft stores no one carries it.

It doesn't mention that it's flat or show that in the picture. Every other festooning I bought is full. Disappointed by that, had to take the time to fold it in half. Otherwise it is nice. I know sometimes you would want it flat, but it should say so.
