better than previous hearing aids
First class product I can hear very well with this aid, better than previous hearing aids, received a variety of domes and experimented with them until I found the best one. Delivery was a day early which was excellent service. All in all a very good hearing aid I would recommend as it's also a lot lighter than my previous one therefore more comfortable. Very satisfied customer.

Ordered two, one is nor working.
I contacted the seller via e-mail reporting that one of the two I purchased did not work. I did not get a response. There is no option to return either. I would like to return and get a refund. Thx!

The sound is clear and not tinny.
Its fairly good but tends to screech unless on a very low sound. Am a little disappointed.
