Love the product, it is exactly what I was looking for, mounting was very easy, very modern design look. Strongly recommend this product - Price is right based on my research.

There's a little bit of adjustment to use during installation, and I used it all. A bit difficult, as you can't adjust up and down or side to side, only in angling the brackets, which won't allow for installation at all if you do that. The bracket openings are a little oversized, so you can move a little that way. These have the tiny hex screws, so easy to drop and lose, and no extras included. No clearance between holes and wall, so it's painstakingly slow to get the hex screws in. Very nice looking and sturdy once it's all done though, and large enough for a bath towel without folding it. Worth the aggravation overall. A different mounting design would get a perfect rating.

This piece is sturdy and looks exactly like the pictures. It came nicely packed and undamaged. My father helps me install just about everything in my house. He’s always been Mr. Handyman with lots of experience, but he definitely struggled with hanging this. I couldn’t tell you what the problem was exactly, but it took a very long time to get it up on the wall. I felt bad for having him do it. Other than that, now that the installation is over with, it seems like a quality piece to have.

Bought three for bathroom a year ago. Installation pretty easy although the parts were dirty and marked the wall a bit. Still are solid, shiny, and no rust so far. Would recommend.

This is a beautiful towel bar, it adds a modern look, which I like. The installation is a challenge, but my husband is good at that. It would seem that the manufacturer could ease that problem by simply adding a paper pattern showing where to drill the holes, because the bar goes over separate pieces which must be installed first. A paper pattern would make it easier to mark the places to drill and also to level the bar.
