Q: Dose it fit 2019 xp turbo 4

make sure sprague cage matches your new armature plate ,some have 6 engagement pins, some have 12 ATC makes a very nice 6 pin sprague cage that works well with this heavy duty plate .That is what i installed in my 2018rzr1000 turbo, 3 hard desert weekends &3 belts later and still works great P.s. (always in 4wheel in the dunes)

Q: What material is it made out of compared to stock?

this is a really well made armature plate ,the engagement pins are not folded ,there machined from a thicker piece of stock. make sure this plate matches with 6 pin locations .i hope this helps your questions
