I don't understand the question. However I received 8 bulbs. I don't recall what I paid for them. But they were beautiful last spring!

No, only our bulbs that say "Pre-chilled" in the title are pre-chilled.

I want to grow these in water, do I have to do anything to them first?

These are not pre-chilled, so you will need to chill them yourself in a refrigerator for at least 12 weeks before you can force these over water.
