This is a great product. It relaxes me without being drowsy but at the same time it helps me with my sleep.

Really pleased with this product. I use daily in am or pm as needed for muscle tightness caused by neurological issues. Helps immensely, and allows me to walk safer. Also, I gave some to a friend with nightly restless leg syndrome, and she said it reduced her sleep loss dramatically.

Works pretty good most of the time. sometimes I am too keyed up or stressed out to let it work, but once I finally lay down, a am out for the night.

A little costly compared to the average BBQ sauce, but it is certified organic, and tastes pretty good. If you are trying to be careful with what you eat, then you should be careful in the condiments you use also. This is one of your better choices for doing this.
