Does anyone have issue of the hitch welded on off center? My is 1" off to one side.

I only put in one set of bolts so the handles fold back for storage. But to answer your question...no issue...in fact it helps as I mounted a 12 1/2 ton winch on it and its heavy. Re pulling...I pulled my 3/4 ton v10 4x4 out a really bad place...took me 6hrs of sloshing through mud n stuff...pulling the cable out, attaching it to trees...pull it back...repeat. Your question is odd to me...as my cable unwinds across about an offset 6" roller...so I didnt even notice the 1"...I guess it depends on what youre using it for. I will say this...Ive physical limitations and although it took me a long time my setup saved me about $300 to have a wrecker come and get me...this setup allows me to go places that with with limitations usually cant.

What are the interior dimensions of the tray where the winch sits?  My Smittybuilt 15k winch needs at least 12' by 7.75" to fit for the mounting base.

I just purchased this mount, and it does not seem to fit my warn 103254 vr evo.  any suggestions?

Not trying to be offensive but you should have checked before buying...however, if you really want it surly the holes are close...pick one hole to use then drill the rest...same size of course...depending on how it ends up Id use doubled-up wide washers to spread the torque as more holes means a little weaker base.

Has a 2” receiver. You can buy a reducer if needed. That the only thing I would know of not fitting.
