Useful Herb
many years ago, I used to buy this herb in Chinatown in London. Not so easy to find these days. Known as Ju Hua in China it is used as an anti bacterial, anti fungal, anti inflammatory and peripheral vasodilator. Add some black tea to make it palatable. recommended. Good value.
