Colorful World of Dinosaurs

This is such a great book for young Dino lovers! The illustrations are beautiful and live up to the “colorful” title. The best part about the book is the number of dinosaurs included. It has a lot of unique dinosaurs that I hadn’t even heard about before. My daughter loves reading about these new dinosaurs.

The artwork is not only pleasing, but as important, the depictions will not frighten a young child. There are many books that depict dinosaurs realistically, but the always show ferocious battles or violent carrnivorousness., the very material of young nightmares. In addition, the text is informative and not in any way condescending to children.

This book is so beautiful. The water color and the simple background really make it easy to learn colors and still involve the excitement of DINOSAURS. I love that the names are posted and there are factoids about each specific Dino!

I have a dinosaur- loving kid and this has so many different ones represented. Each dinosaur is illustrated beautifully and accompanied with interesting facts. If your kiddo loves dinos, this is a great book to add.

My 4 1/2 year-old grandson has loved dinosaurs for the past two years with no end in sight. I've searched for quite awhile for an age appropriate book filled with dinosaur pictures without all the other text features he can't read yet. This is perfect! Each page has a simple beautiful watercolored image of a dinosaur with a short summary about it. The book is great for all ages, but particularly for young dinosaur enthusiasts. He will spend quite awhile looking through it every time he comes to my house.

A great book for small children. The artwork is throughout the book and in watercolor. This adds a lot of visual appeal to the book. Each dinosaur has its own page, along with a list of interesting facts. This is not a picture book - this is for the young reader who loves dinosaurs but has moved beyond the basic introduction book.

Love all Matt Sewell books! Forgotten Beasts is wonderful too!!! The content is a little advanced for a toddler but it keeps me interested and engaged + the beautiful illustrations are wonderful and keep my toddler interested and engaged. Can’t beat that !! A bookshelf gem!!!!!l Great for ages 0-100!!!

My boys are obsessed with this book. Super impressed with the knowledge included in addition to the beautiful drawings. I get this for any kid we know for their bday, it’s 10/10

I love this beautiful book. My little one is fascinated by the amazing dinosaurs and I'm thrilled with the artwork. My nephew requested this book for his birthday and our neighbour wanted one for himself after seeing this book at our house. It is lovely, beautiful, and filled with dinosaur facts.
