I bought this ladder because its collapsible and easy to transport. After receiving it however, I realized the foot slats are too narrow. Also when fully extended, the ladder flexes and shifts. Doesn't feel safe. When ladder is collapsed down to original size, there are buttons you slide with your thumb, but each segment SLAMS down hard so extreme care is needed to ensure fingers aren't injured. Returning this item is $$$. YOU pay to ship it back which is $20 USPS, and slightly less for UPS.

Bought it to remove water and debris from the roofs of an RV slide outs, but it also is easier to use cleaning the gutters on my ranch home. Love it!

This is an excellent medium duty ladder. It's compact, lightweight. I should of rated the product 5-Star. however, the instructions aren't well written or illustrated. Needless to say it was fairly simple to use. Caution when lowering the rungs; do not place your fingers on the rung of the ladder. I enjoyed using the ladder so much I ordered a 2nd ladder for a friend. The only question is Why did I receive a $15.00 increase for the same product from July 1, to July 7.??

I needed a portable/easy to store ladder to access my attic and other areas in my home. This is great! Not too heavy and fits right in my linen closet. Easy to use. Rungs are a little narrow, but that is to be expected with the size of the ladder. I have even used it outside to access the gutters on the first floor level.

This ladder is just what I needed to reach my attic access above a stairway. It’s extremely light weight and easy to maneuver. I was a bit nervous because it is so light that I was unsure if it’s sturdiness. But, my 220lb son was able able to climb up it and there were no issues. It’s quick to adjust, just watch your fingers as you close it back down. It can easily be stored anywhere and I can now move my larger ladders back to the shed and free up space in my garage. My order was shipped right away and I received it two days earlier than the estimated arrival date. Thanks to the shipper, Amazon and UPS!

Not so sturdy but well built! You not gonna brake it or bend it!Unfortunately I lost mine after 1 week of use!I will buy a replacement soon...the price can go down a little... i m not saying it’s way 2 expensive but....i ll pay a $50 to be honest

I wanted a compact ladder for my cargo trailer to service my solar panels. This is just the right size. CAUTION: If you use this on soil, you should dig a hole for the legs to sit in to avoid ladder slipping.

Wasn't sure about this but very happy I really like you can put it anywhere and doesn't take up space. It's light and sturdy owned this for about a year now and so far happy hopefully it keeps me happy for years to come.
