I received this item yesterday with same day shipping. The packaging was attractive and in the first day of use I have noticed significant improvement with my furbaby’s barking. The reason for 3 stars is that the usb owners guide linked to a website that is no longer available and after extensive searching, the owner manual was not available online for the model I purchased. If I am able to get a user guide and learn more about how to use this item, I will change my rating. Overall- I like the product thus far but would like to know how to use it correctly.

This collar hurt my dogs neck.y dog had it on for a short period of time and I was sitting with her. It malfunctioned right in front of me. She barked and then it beeped and shocked her. She kept barking and crying and tried to get away from the collar but it kept shocking her. I took it off and saw a burn on her neck and some wetness from the collars batter area. I tried to contact this company and they have been no help. They gave me some scientific blah blah about how it can’t happen and how I must not have followed the directions whatever whatever so I must be stupid. Bottom line is I’m so wound care for a living and this wound on my dogs neck is caused by the malfunctioning of this collar. I saw it happen and thankfully I was beside her to stop further damage. This collar was defective and the company is of no help. At the minimum I wanted my money back because they state it’s money back if you’re not satisfied but nope. Stay away.

Expected more from this product. Did not come with instructions or test light, and had to find manual on the manufacturer's website. The same collar goes by different names, instead of just having a model number, so hard to pin down exactly which manual.Bought this for my 55 lbs pitbull that is super friendly but likes to bark at dogs walking by our house. Worked great initially on setting 4 for ultrasonic and shock, but stopped shocking after a couple of weeks.

It's ok but I have had it less than two years and already I have to charge it every night and some times it doesn't last the entire day. Once my Cocker has the collar on he rarely barks so it's not like it's getting over used . I have an entirely different self controlled collar for my German Shepherd for about 8 years and it still holds the charge as it did when I first got it, like almost two weeks. Problem is I can't get that model small enough for my Cocker Spaniel.

This collar has worked awesome for us. Bambino is very vocal and this collar has curbed a lot of unnecessary barking. I have it set to beep and vibration level 2 on both. He doesn't seem to mind wearing it. Between my firm no and the beep of the collar we see an 80% difference. Just him wearing it at this point is enough to keep him from barking. He does still alert me when there's "stranger danger" which I like but he's not barking at the cats anymore and that was my main issue.

Quiets my yappy chihuahua without even having to put it on shock levels. Only concern is keeping the specific size adjustment. It's either sliding around or digging into her neck so I find myself adjusting it multiple times a day and am concerned about leaving it on when I'm not home.

Finally after two years of annoying barking we found a solution in this collar from Our k9. Has to be the best $35 I have spent. This is the only one which could be fitted to our 6lb Malshi's small neck size. We tried several $100+ models from the pet superstores which could not size down enough.By the third night of use the barking completely stopped! We only use the collar at night but the collar has helped condition our dog to bark less throughout the day.

These work great on my two dogs. I apologize to my neighbors for all the years I didn't have these collars.
