GREAT way to take L-Carnitine!!!
Having already tasted L-Carnitine on its own, I have to say this version with Green Tea is the BEST!! It has a very sour and somewhat caustic taste on its own, so adding Green Tea mellows this out and makes it pleasant to consume. Here's what I liked and disliked about this product:-LIKES------1. The bottle has 480ml which is a nice size quantity.2. The taste is pleasant, and appeals to my sweet tooth ;)3. A tablespoon (that is 15ml) gives you 3000mg of L-Carnitine, 50mg Green Tea and your daily intake of Vitamin C.4. Helps with weight loss as it transports fat to the mitochondria for them to be BURNED!!!5. Assists with endurance as it removes the build up of lactic acid which can cause fatigue.DISLIKES-----------1. The liquid is quick thick and a bit sticky (See photo attached).2. Could be cheaper?3. At the recommended 3g dosage, it may cause an upset tummy.CONCLUSION----------------I'm definitely recommending this product as it's tasty and you only need a small amount to give you LOADS of each product. Great for burning up fat and giving you added energy as a result!

This helps you lose weight.
This product is great, I've have been using it for 3 months and have lost 2 Stone. I don't go to gym all I do is walk everywhere. I take a cap full of the liquid at 10am in the morning and walk to work, then I don't eat anything all day and walk home again.I then have the main meal in the evening around 7pm. And I do this everyday.It works well..

No carbs liquid - fabulous !
Great alternative to capsules or tablets !Wont know if effective for a while. Will re-post in a month.
