cool knife at a great value
Great knife for the money. Aggressive looking tactical knife with hair shaving sharp blade. Solid construction, with zero slop or play in the main blade pivot. Very confident notch/click when the blade is in the open or closed position. No front to back/side to side play in the open position and a very cool blade locking mechanism. My only criticism would be, it's a 2 hand closing blade...meaning you need both hands to close the knife. One hand to work the latch, one to flip the blade down. You could achieve it using one hand but the blade will swing down and potentially cut your finger (happened to me). Good ergonomic handle. Just a freaking cool knife! 5190 steel which means nothing to me, but might mean something to you...

good and gorgeous.
When I first goth this knife the pivot pin would loosen up and give the knife blade play. Well a torx screwdriver and some lock-tite fixed that problem immediately. It came out of the box very sharp and has kept a reasonable edge since then. Some of the reviews of the graphite that I found online said that the handle of the knife had uncomfortable edges due to the design of the knife, I have not found this to be true, it might be uncomfortable if I were trying to cut down trees. But I am not, so for the tasks that I use it for it is perfectly comfortable, paper, cardboard boxes, cloth, it is perfectly comfortable for these tasks. The lock on the knife is solid. The only issues I had with the knife starting out was forgetting that it was not a frame lock knife and trying to close it that way. All in all a solid and well designed knife.

This is a very nice knife. It's almost too nice to be an edc. It's a very interesting design and the blade glides like silk. Not spring assisted but *ALMOST as easy to open. Just doesn't have that springy pop at the end that is so satisfying. It does open very easy and silky and its adequately sharp out of box. Definitely one of my new favorite knife. The locking mechanism although intuitive and unique is very difficult to close with one hand. It's not difficult to close with both. Just with one. It also doesn't look like it would keep it open securely if under tough use. Not saying it isn't adequate or it's bad. It jjust doesn't look that way to me. I wouldn't trust it in a knife fight per se. Great knife. Highly recommended. A work of art.

It's complicated..
I was excited to recieve this knife, but was very dissappointed upon recieving it due to the fact that the frame was slightly bent, and the blade had play/bad allignment. I'm not sure if it's crkt's fault or amazons for s***ty packaging (yellow envelope). Despite this, i decided to dismantle the knife in an attempt to fix it. After multiple trips to the hardware store in search of the elusive T6 torx size, i finally found one and cracked the knife open. Once the blade was free, i noticed that it had only one washer on one side, in addition to the ball bearing system. Either this is a careless mistake by the manufacturer or it's supposed to be that way which i doubt. My solution was to remove the one washer so that it only had the ball bearing on each side. This seems too work just fine. I also managed to straighten out the bent frame and ended up with a functional, acceptable knife. All this aside, i would have given 5 stars had the knife been in good shape. The lock is super cool if you appreciate the innovative style, and is quite functional as an everyday carry. It's not the most comfortable or convenient knife, but that isn't what i was looking for. Bottom line it's a really cool knife and i dig the klecker lock, but very dissapointed in amazons packaging and crkt's assembly.

Love the Klecker designed locking system
If you want a non-traditional knife that has a "wow" factor this is a knife you should consider. I love the unique "Klecker" blade lock and release feature. Bullet points: - it's a great looking knife - the size is right for everyday carry - the Klecker lock works well and it's a great conversation piece - the blade is easy to deploy - good clip - fit and finish is comparable to knives that cost twice as much I don't think you can miss with this knife but there are two features some may not like. - half the blade cutting surface is serrated (I like it, some may not) - the Klecker locking system makes it difficult to shut the blade with one hand. For the money I think this is a very good knife.

Perfect
Obviously opinions are disgusting thing that no one wants to hear this days, but I live this knife. Had it for about 2 months now and it's served me well. It was sharp when I got it but I hand sharpened it a little more so you could shave with it if you needed too. It's a very nice looking, feeling and operating knife. It's really solid when locked and the mechanism does not seem to have worm out at all. Might the steel eventually not work as well to hold to the blade, sure, but it certainly won't be soon and I'll enjoy every minute I have with this with knife if and when that happens. So there it is, one perfect knife. If your looking for a nice looking drop point blade

Good Looks and Functional Too
This is a great knife. It has a high-tech, sci-fi sort of look to it and the minimalist design and three color scheme make it a conversation piece that's functional as well. Unlike Klecker's NIRK series, the Graphite has a flipper to open it one-handed, making it more versatile than the NIRKs. The Graphite comes quite sharp, right out of the box and can be brought to a shaving edge with very little work. A better grade of steel and some nice blade geometry make it a very useful EDC or camp knife, as it is equal to just about any task. I liked the Graphite so much, I bought another one for the car.

Tolles Einhandmesser, pfiffig designed, sehr scharf, liegt gut in der Hand, ausgezeichnete Qualität. Leider darf es in Deutschland nicht geführt werden.
