I got this because it says all in one
Had a bad cough for 4 weeks thought it could be covid, but did a test and it was negative so tried this and it got rid of my cold but not my cough still have my cough and have been put on to ventiline and Bricaryl by G.P. I would recommend it because it does what it says and it did help me with the flu, but we are all different and what may help me may not help you, but just try it and see who knows you may keep a bottle handy like I do with my family in case.

Does what I expected.
Helped to manage cough and cold symptoms and made me marginally functional (rather than a pathetic mess) at home and work.Doesn't taste too bad, either, given the gag-inducing taste of most other cough medicies. Will definitely go for this one again.
