I used Slimify for 6 weeks along with tracking calories on an app, water aerobics, and walking. I like that it does control my hunger w/o any type of side effects. Losing at a rate of 1 1/2 lbs. per week, which is what I planned. Don’t expect Slimify alone, w/o exercise and good eating, to make you lose weight. It is there to “assist” with your workout/eating plan.

i have been taking this for a while. i notice a big difference in it when i am taking it and when i am not. it does make me sleepy but that is only because when i have caffeine it does the opposite to me that what it does to others.But it does have that on the bottle if you sensitive to caffeine it will call you to be sleepy. Also i recommend buying the NDS censor with it.
