I am making a commercial Kettle Corn Popper and needed a large heavy duty stainless kettle and was worried this might not be heavy duty enough! BOY WAS I WRONG! THIS THING IS BUILD LIKE A TANK, SUPER HEAVY DUTY AND THICK STAINLESS AND TOP OF THE LINE QUALITY! I am overjoyed! Whoever made this one knew exactly what they were doing!

Excellent quality replacement bowl. Very happy with the quality and quick delivery.

This is my second time using this mixing bowl for my weekly sourdough bread dough. I am disturbed to find the rim of the bowl is already starting to rust after just one week. Not sure of my plan just yet, I actually came on here to read other reviews to see if anyone else's bowl was doing this. So far, I'm very disappointed.
