This is my favorite of the 4 Crisis expansions. They're all 12 cards each and retail for $5. The cards are specific to each set (non-random), and have balanced distribution of low & high powered cards for each faction. What makes this pack my favorite is that I feel it delineates between the 4 factions more dramatically. It pairs nicely with the Bases pack. Events & Heroes are okay, but they're sort of their own things and totally different from even the base game.
