Kolpin 53360 ATV Front Rack Gear Basket, Black

I was faced with a bit of confusion when Amazon is saying this does not fit my 2016 Kawasaki Brute Force. I couldn't understand how it couldn't fit so I ordered it anyway. I think as long as you have a tubular rack, it will fit. My picture shows a Husqvarna 555 (20" bar), a Husqvarna 435 (16" bar), and a jug of bar oil inside the basket. It all fits snugly and not over cramped. I can also bungee my 2 gallon gas can to it. So this carries everything I need when cutting firewood and I don't have to worry about anything rolling around in the trailer.I thought it was going to be loud and rattle but it ended up being very sturdy. I can grab it and rock the quad back and forth with no flex. As other reviewers mentioned, the U-bolts are quite a bit longer than they need to be. I may eventually cut them shorter but right now it's not an issue.Overall, I'm very happy with this basket. I should have bought it a few years ago instead of holding the saw or letting it roll around in the trailer.

This is by far one of the best. It's not too heavy and it's very well made and looks great. The mounting hardware works but can be tricky depending on the clearance you have underneath it. I ended up having to use the hardware upsidedown so I used my dremel to cut off the threaded studs. This thing in my opinion is underpriced but that's good! Buy one and you'll be very happy. This was mounted to a 2024 Honda Recon on the front.

Hung this from my ROPS bar on my tractor. Ubolts attached thru the top bar and side bars. Holds tools, extra fuel can etc... very sturdy and has held up

Nice basket, plenty of room to carry equipment. The steel mesh screen plate could be a heavier gauge steel (thicker). I wasn't able to securely mount the basket using the mounting hardware supplied without damaging the basket mesh/metal screen plate. Oh well, I was able to get it attached to the ATV rack using a different system.

Very well made one piece construction front rack. Worked perfect on my honda rancher 350. I attached it with heavy duty zip ties instead of the bolts that came with it because i didn’t want the bolts to snag my equipment. It is very sturdy with the zip ties, absolutely no movement. This comes ready to mount right out of the box, quick and easy installation!!

I've had this basket on the front of my 2016 Recon for a year now. It's been used heavily, and I have never had any issues with it. I use it around my property at home for various tasks. I find it extremely useful for working on anything in my hunting property, as it can hold a lot of stuff securely. When I initially installed the basket, I cut up a piece of old garden hose that I had laying around. I cut 4 small pieces (about 1sqare inch each, butterflied open like a sheet), spray painted them black, and then put them in between the basket mounts and my bike rack. I've never had any issues with rattling or noise due to this, and I've never had to retighten the nuts/bolts. Not once. And this is after one full year of HEAVY abuse. I highly recommend this product.One side-note that is worth mentioning: The bolts will stick up about an inch, meaning anything you throw in the basket could be punctured. I simply cut the bolts down flush with the nuts and that took care of it. A grinding disk would make quick work of that, but I just used a plain old hand saw.

Excellent option for ATV rack storage. Previously I wasted a lot of time strapping things to the rack or trying to ride with one hand and holding the item on the rack with the other. I mounted mine with zip ties instead of hardware for easy removal.

This fit very well on the front of my grizzly. It is very sturdy and the basket is about maxed for size so I can load it up with large chainsaws and tools.I ziptied it to the frame to avoid loosing space from projecting bolts and also avoiding sharp edges. Easy, and very ridgid

Fits well on my Yamaha Kodiak, very sturdy, easily setup with cable ties to remove it any time. I use it to carry 2 motor saws (Stihl 170 and 290), petrol/oil canister, chains and some additional tools to work in the woods. Great basket, fully recommended.

looks and functions a lot better than an old plastic basket, placed some rubber strips under it and tied down with heavy duty cable ties. if ever removed should leave no damage

I got this on sale since I have been looking for a basket for my Kubota L2501 . fits the ROPS perfectly and is strong enough to hold gas can, chain saw, 2 axes, toolbox and 3 14 foot 5/16 tow chains without flexing at all! driving in woods removing trees and digging out stumps. It is mounted simply with 2 ubolts through the basket sides and arounds ROPS bar.A bit unorthodox in use, but perfect for the application. Very sturdy and I highly recommend!!
