CAKE PAN, FOOD MOLD AND BAKEWARE: HEART SHAPED 100% FOOD GRADE SILICONE NON-STICK by Iona Lagom

This is my first silicone cake pan..and I love it! The only problem is that it's heart shaped...I don't make heart shaped cakes very often :) It's larger than I expected it would be. I had planned on making a heart shaped space cake for Valentines and it required two packages of mix (at $20 each!). Anyway, I was very pleased with the result. The cake came away from the pan effortlessly and wasn't burned at all. This was a major accomplishment (my gas oven is ancient and temperature control is an issue...on the plus side, I can cook an 18-lb turkey at "350" in less than 90 minutes :) ). I soaked the pan overnight and it rinsed clean in the morning, no wiping/scrubbing required. Then into the dishwasher. Easiest clean up ever.

I taught in Brazil for some 5 years, and in fact, also worked as a chef in a restaurant that was owned by my neighbor ... we made a "fudge-like" desert in aluminum pans which tasted great .. but hard to "extract" from the pans at the end of the cookiung process ... when returning to the U.S. ... (I am also now a chef in a restaurant in Pennsylvania) .. I "translated" the recipie to English ... and repeated the same difficult process here ... this year on Valentine's Day I ordered one of these incredible silicone pans ... what a difference! At the end of the "baking" process, one just "peels" the flexible pan off the finished product ... the candy comes out perfectly!!! I just ordered 2 more ... I'll be ready for "mass production" next year!! :)

We received this Heart Shaped Silicone Pan as a gift, and recently used it to make a Huckleberry Crisp which turned out great. What an amazing product! Cant believe how evenly it cooks, and how easy it is to clean. No sticking at all which was great. Very durable looking and feeling material. Its like space age cooking. We liked the pan so much that we just ordered another one today. It will be nice to make double quantities when using it for pizzas, pies, and other items. Everything the description of this cake pan are true! I used it to make a cheesecake from scratch, baked, the pan peeled off the cake as described and the cheesecake was smooth around all edges and beautiful. My only advice is, this pan is smaller than it appears. A recipe for one cheesecake actually made two. But I love it! It was my first time using a silicone pan in the oven.

I used my heart shaped bake pan for valentine day with my 8 year old great grandaughter, Emma, who stirred the batter , put in the pan, watched it bake and frosted it, decorated it with real strawberries and cut and served it to parents, self and great grandparents and felt like a princess. It was a winner. Recommend it to anyone.

It's larger than I expected it to be so it was the perfect size for a normal 9 inch cake recipe. The sides were sturdier than most silicone baking pans I've had, which made it easy to handle from the oven without worrying about it folding accidentally. The seller also e-mailed a red velvet cake recipe that I used for Valentine's Day, it came out great!

I love the HEART SHAPED SILICONE CAKE PAN. It is so unique. It is hard to believe you can put it in the oven. The cake turned out perfect, no sticking. I will be ordering some as gifts. Perfect for Valentines day or any day of the year.

This is my first silicone purchase and I love it. I have made a cake, brownies and sugar cookies in this mold. They all cooked evenly and perfectly, clean up was a breeze.
