A great one as was expected from a great Company like Sennheiser. I have been using Sennheiser products for more than 40 years and problem here was Amazon! I bought it as a new one but it came with a 3rd party packaging and not a Sennheiser packaging and I requested a replacement which amazon was never able to deliver and the new one was stuck at their warehouse for days which made me canceling it. It also took them forever to refund me even though the one I had returned was received by them couple days after I dropped it off!
