History text, a little dry, but full of information and thought provoking questions.

Needed it for my A-Levels and the book was very informative. It arrived on time. Although detailed it was a plain block of text which made it hard to focus and read. So for essays that need more analysis it was good for that.

it came when it said it would, my daughter felt it was not in such a good condition as suggested there were plenty of post it notes in the book cover was a little torn but it was okay which is why I have given it a fair review

Perfect if you want an A*! Contains sources, extra facts, questions and all. Can be a bit wordy so if your aim is B or less get the basic one.

I chose this book to compliment my Access to University course. The book is exactly what i needed. It is in depth but easy to read and gives little nuggets of information that are handy to know if your work has to demonstrate independent learning. Nost of my class have ordered it. My copy was used but in excellent condition. Delivered before the expected date, this is another fine example of Amazon retailing.
