It supports my back while I do housework, cook and I don't get so easily fatigued. As an added bonus, it makes me look taller!I'm a retired orthopedic registered nurse. 10 years ago I had my fave orthopedic surgeon give me a free 30 second consult upon reviewing my low back xrays. I was 55 years old. He said, Your back...you have an awful back, you have a terrible back, you have a horrible back, you have the back of an old, old woman. He later told me to NEVER let anyone cut on me no matter what they promised. I have scoliosis, Ehler-Danlos type 3 (didn't know it at the time) along with the punishment on my body after 40 years in healthcare. This brace won't fix me but nothing will. But, I can tell it is realigning muscles, lifting my rib cage and causing the muscles in my right leg to strengthen.I have hope I can cook Christmas dinner for my family without being ready to pass out from the pain. I work out with it and do yard work with it besides housework and cooking. Obviously, I highly recommend it.

Before purchase I debated for a very long time whether or not I should buy this because I wasn’t sure if it would actually help. I sit at a desk all day and have extreme neck and shoulder pain by the end of the day. It’s also hard to have good posture while sitting at a computer screen all day. Thankfully I bought this! Some weeks, I wear this every day. Other weeks when I need the extra support. But it definitely does relieve some of the neck pain improvements really bad headaches at the end of the day. This definitely holds my shoulders back. I wore it most of the day without any issues. I would consider wearing a tank top over it, then your shirt if possible. I think I will get more use during cooler months. Most summer tops won’t be able to hide it. Overall it works very well and pretty comfortable.

I wish I started using this Posture Corrector sooner! I am an all or nothing sort of person so I wore this thing 4 hours the first day and all day each day thereafter.??I'm glad I did because this little number alleviates all of my pain (when wearing it) while conditioning my body to practice correct posture when I'm not (wearing it). Reduced my neck and back pain significantly in just a few days. Really does hold the shoulders!! I have to admit I wish the straps were longer to make it easier to adjust.?For the price a really great back postuer brace. My posture is 80better and working toward 100 This keeps me upright and straight, especially during long work hours with computer.??Haven't used it enough to see results but it's pretty comfortable and definitely helps keep your back straight.??

I've noticed my posture becoming worse and worse the more hours I spend in front of my computer screen. I don't have thoracic kyphosis, but I definitely enjoy using this to help remind myself to practice good posture! I'm 5'3 and this product is almost too big for me, but I can still wear it comfortably and even wear it without others really noticing, if I layer a sweater or cardigan over it. The straps are covered in velcro, so the device is really easy to adjust to whatever length you need. It fit my 6' husband really well. I can easily wear it around the house, but to start, I can only wear it for an hour at a time before my muscles get tired... I'm slowly raising the amount of time, and would recommend this to anyone wanting a cheap, versatile device to help their posture!

I am a 21 year old college student who has struggled with lower back pains from the past couple years, I just started going to the Chiropractor at same time as getting this brace. But this brace does what it is supposed to do. Easy to pack, and not bulky at all. The pain in the armpits is there, but it helps with training yourself with correct posture. If it is constantly digging into your skin it means you are essentially in a bad posture. This brace keeps your shoulders back, and the back brace feels goods. Make sure you order to your size, Going too big will not work, I am 5'10' and 210 pounds and ordered the large even though I was right on the edge and it works. Putting it on and off does take getting used too. Would definitely recommend

This is a very good Posture Corrector for back/spine support. After wearing this back posture brace Posture Corrector for just a few days I have less pain in my neck and shoulders and I also feel like I'm paying more attention to my posture even when I am not wearing it. definitely recommend if looking for a back support/Posture Corrector. I'm very satisfied, it does make me stay straigh( which always was my problem) , I do see the improvements in my posture. I don't need to go to the chiropractor as my back feels so much better after wearing this posture brace Posture Corrector for a few days.

I can't say enough good things about the Luxki posture corrector. I am a senior citizen and my back is very misshapen due to arthritis, osteoporosis and scoliosis. Since I received the posture corrector I have been wearing it every day, increasing the time it is worn as tolerated. My posture is still far from perfect but much improved since I've been using the posture corrector. I like that it's easy to put on, is comfortable to wear and can be adjusted as needed. It is also very well made of quality materials. I highly recommend this posture corrector.
