My husband really liked the slippers. Then we noticed on the second day that there was no stitching across the back of one heel, meaning the body of the slipper wasn't attached to the sole. I planned to return them but he filled in the gap with si!icone before I knew it and is wearing them. But they look bad, plus they ran small so they're tight in the toe area. He accepts anything, very easy going guy, so I'll just look for something else for him in the next few months. Too bad, because we like the look of them a lot, & they're warm.UPDATE: Originally gave these a 2-star review due to the problem above. But the company responded to the review immediately and offered to replace them due to the factory defect. The replacement slippers are perfect...exactly what we had hoped for. Warm and soft and very nice looking. They also have a nice thick sole, which is great for guys who wear their slippers outside a lot. Your feet stay dry and warm out there. Thank you for an excellent pair of slippers and wonderful customer service!

I wear a size 13. I was really looking forward to slipping on a comfortable pair of slippers after my feet have been pounding the concrete all week. I slipped them on as soon as they were delivered and WHAM!!!! it felt like I was trying on a 11-1/2 or 12. If I had any advice for this product it would be to order a size larger. Other than that they look well built and felt very comfortable on my bottoms of my feet.

When the U. S. lost its clothing manufacturers, we lost common sizing. Gloves are some of the most glaring example. I payed attention to what others said about purchasing one size larger than your known shoe size. Some said to purchase a size-and-a-half larger, and that's probably what should be done, except I only purchase a size larger. What some said, and that was they hoped because the inside of the shoe was fury, their large toe would make room. I'm counting on that because right now after two days the shoe is still uncomfortably tight. A half size extra will be a personal call on your part.

I cannot say less about a same product consistency. I have ordered 3 times in the past (size 11) and the fit was ok. A little sloppy and loose but tolerable. This time I ordered 2 pairs of size 11’s so that I had an extra pair on hand when the soles finally wear through. I wear them a lot.Much to my chagrin, they are so tight that they are uncomfortable as can be. I checked the inside size tag to make sure they were size 11 and indeed they were, but what was noticeable was the fact that the inside faux fur lining was HUGE and overdone. Sure, I can always return them with Amazon, but I’m afraid I’ll end up in the same boat, and if I order a size even bigger, then I’m afraid that I’ll receive a size 12 that will be too big because they were made right.Inside label......MADE IN CHINAEnd of story as well as quality Zigzaggers. My next pair will be Izods.

The shoe feel apart just in the few weeks of owning them. I paid good money for these just to only having them since Oct. 5. I would like either an exchange or my money back. Thanks.

The description says "Please note: we have upgraded the material and design, so the new styles are not smaller than usual size any more." -- well if this is what they think is "not smaller than usual," I can't imagine how tiny they must have been before. These squished my toes in about 3 places -- definitely too short, too narrow, and not enough height in the toe box. For slippers, that's a fail.

Got these just before the cold weather. Plush and feels good on my feet since we have hard wood flooring. Keeps my feet warm as well. Fits a little snug, but once they are broken in I think they will loosen. Seems to be well made also.

I have had these slippers for 3 months now and I am quite happy as these Zigzaggers are holding-up nicely to everyday use. NOTE: The information provided by Amazon seems to be contradictory; in one area is says the slippers fit normally so order your usual size, in another it recommends ordering one size larger because of the lining. I normally wear a size 9, but I ordered a 10; this worked-out perfectly as I always wear socks. A size 9 would have definitely been too small.

Initially when the slippers arrived I was very pleased, how wrong was I after 2 months of wearing in the house the right slipper has come apart. (see photo) I bought them at 19.99 and believe they should last longer than 2 months. I try to buy leather slippers like Clarkes at £30 plus but so, so disappointed at £20 slippers. Quality not very good.

Loved the initially so much so that I then ordered a pair for my wife also... but 1 month after return window has closed and mine have fallen apart. Really disappointed but I want to call out the vendor has contacted me and sent me a replacement pair which arrived quickly and so far are looking solid and no issues so far. Confidence recovered recommend the company.

Over the last 2 years I have bought no less than 6 pairs of slippers off both Amazon and ebay. All proved to be at best poor to really awful. However, after reading the reviews left about these slippers, I decided to purchase. I've only had them for a few days now but, I have to say that I am absolutely delighted with them. They are very comfortable and keep my feet warm. I did order one size larger than my normal shoe size which was probably a wise move as my normal shoe size may have proved too tight. If you're looking for well made, comfortable slippers that keep your feet warm, I would most certainly recommend them.

i was looking for another pair of slippers that would be really warm when i realised that working from home in the Conservatory was becoming that much harder due to the cold weather, so started looking for something better than my older slippers.these looked good, had good reviews and basically ticked all the boxes.The fit is perfect on these slippers and they are exceptionally warm.Good grip is provided by the rubber type sole and the soft, suede type leather makes for a very comfortable wear.Overall, very please with them and have toasty hot feet when working in a freezing cold Conservatory.

Probably the most comfortable and warm slippers I have ever worn. I have been extremely happy with them. Unfortunately, as I take very good care of my things, I expect them to last well. I checked my list of purchases to see when I bought these and was surprised to note it was only a year ago. I have never been 'rough' with these slippers or even used them outside. However, from the picture it is obvious that their days are now severely numbered. Some may feel that a year is a respectable service life for 'house' slippers but I am quite disappointed they have not lasted longer. In all other aspects, I could not have been happier and I will definitely be sad when they shortly depart
