BEST BEEF JERKY I HAVE EVER TASTED
I first found this brand of jerky at Academy Sports. I tried it and really liked it however it seems to be popular with a lot of folks besides myself. academy didn't have it in stock when I returned. This didn't surprise me given the hoarding that was going on during the first part of the coronavirus outbreak. I then ordered these smaller sized bags here on Amazon. The package was delivered on time and this order tastes as good as my original bag. BTW, academy has it back in stock and their larger bag is a good deal less expensive per ounce. Still, one cannot go wrong buying this on Amazon. Everyone stay safe out there and have a great day.

Hungry Fiance Ate it All Immediately
My fiance really liked it, said that it was the best jerky he’s ever had, so I bought him more immediately and bought myself some to try since he already ate it all. For context, he’s a picky eater and doesn’t always like certain brands of pretty much anything even if he generally likes a particular food.

The Tillamook Old Fashioned jerky has been my favorite beef jerky for the price and ingredients. My soy allergy seems have gotten worse since breastfeeding to the point where I'll fall asleep if I eat it. This one has no soy and does not seem to affect me. Pretty sure other versions of this have soy. Quality is pretty good though each piece seems to have a rubbery portion. I dont mind it. I would say medium roughness. I would consider country archer low roughness and Old Trapper consistency just right (but it has nitrites :( )

Doesn't taste good
It just really doesn't taste good, and I didn't know there could be a jerky I disliked. I usually get Jack Links lately but I love all kinds of jerky and Tillamook has other quality products but this jerky is just horrible. No taste, completely rock hard small cuts, when you do manage to tear off a bit, it's so chewy and so much of it is fat but the part of it that's me is just tough and flavorless. I almost want to throw it out but it was kind of expensive.
