Over-arranged
In too many tracks, Judy Collins' voice is horribly overpowered by the accompanying orchestration ... enough that I'm simply going to make a note of the few tolerable tracks and never play the others again. I first noted the unpleasantly intrusive effect when it spoilt the 4th track, Both Sides Now. That song begs a simple, one instrument accompaniment ... and you could hardly hear JC's voice for the other noise.

Beautiful Voice
I have always loved the beautiful voice of Judy Collins. I can heartily recommend this CD. It stands the test in its own right, and it is a great introduction to the work of Judy Collins.

worth the purchase
This singer has a beautiful voice, is worth listening to and all the songs she sings are lovely too. I recommend this.

Described as very good but was only average
CD arrived on time, well packaged, but I believe was advertised as very good condition, however the case was damaged and cd itself was marked, so only average, not very good.
