I can now print from my iPad. Easy to hook up, no software or apps to install. My opinion is it is way overpriced, should be about half the price.

Doesn’t work with most printers wasted money

The product is ok. On a mac it sometimes forgets the server. Re-boot the server and the mac and the issues is gone for the day. I found that on google. Their support was beyond horrible. They wasted hours of my time. I gave up when the CSR insisted that he needed to know the version of windows running on my Mac. I had to triple check that he understood what he was asking. He understood I was on a mac but needed my windows version. He was the only CSR on duty at the call center. UPDATE: 2 weeks later it stopped working completely . Will not factory reset. Tech support says they'll call back but they don't. Nothing Hawking again, ever.

El producto esta muy bueno, cuesta un poco configurarlo, pero ya una vez que se hace, todo lo demas lo hace el automaticamente, es muy sencillo mandar a imprimir desde cualquier computadora. lo unico que no me gusto es que la impresion desde el celular es solo para dispositivos IOS no funciona con android, creo que deberian mejorar esto, si fuera compatible con adroid seria perfecto
