Where are these beets grown?

I purchased at a local store - my package does not include “country of origin: China.” The company informed me that the Beet Root Powder is sourced in the USA.

I see this usda organic but made in china. how is it usda organic if made in china? i'm genuinely curious and still considering ordering this product.

I didn’t realize it was from China until I read the label, I tasted the powder. I ended up throwing out the whole order.
