For any beginner or intermediate linocutter: this is the best book on the subject I have seen. Very clear methodical chapters with great inspirational examples from Nick Morley and many other artists. Great layout makes it very readable and easy to dip in and out when looking for a specific topic or tip. All 176 pages first class!

This book is a model for how craft, art and creative practices should be written.It is both instructive and compelling, providing a brilliant balance of advice and background information.I would highly recommend this book if you are interested in the background, subject, process or trying it for yourself.

I was looking for a new project and having touched on linocutting in a craft class many years ago thought I would look into it a bit more. I found this book very interesting. Having only recently purchased the books I now have to get the things I need to have a go. I am sure the book will be invaluable to keep dipping into.

Love it. I have never done any Linocut before and this book has helped me no end, I am still bad at it but getting better. Simple to understand and lots of images. Ideal for both novices like myself and for more established artists.

Packed with clear tips ,guidance and step by step photos of processes to guide you through from basics to advanced printing techniques. I've just started printing and its the third book I've bought but definitely the most useful and informative so far. Thank you Nick .
