Not for me.
This eye shadow has a shinier, lighter appearance. For me, I felt like it made me look like a vampire. I think it may be better for Caucasian skin types. I quit this after 2 tries.

Colors are actually more orange-yellow
The colors are more orange-yellow than the photo makes them look. I have several Maybelline palettes and I like their application. In this palette I mostly just use the lightest shade, to add shimmer to my inner eye. A shame to only use 1 out of 4 colors, though.

Love it!
Love it!!!!! The color is just what I wanted, I couldn't have done better at the store. I shop for everything on Amazon first and have never had to go to the store to find what I wanted. I buy everything from books to video games to jewelry and now to make-up and have been satisfied with everything but 1 purchase. The 1 purchase was a cell phone from China which I never received and never received a response when I contacted the seller. I then contacted Amazon which refunded my money within about 2 or 3 hours. I recommend Amazon to all my family and friends and this item is no different, perfect!!

Very Subtle
I was looking for some makeup that was more subtle and would blend in well together. The way the model's eyes looked in the magazine I was reading looked really pretty so I thought maybe I could achieve the same look. Fortunately the instructions for how to apply are printed right on the powder. This will wear off after a bit but it is helpful at the start. I'm happy with the results and especially like the lavender powder shade.~The Rebecca Review

Probably an ok eyeshadow, but arrived open/broken
I should have listened to other reviewers of various eyeshadows who said theirs arrived open and broken. The color is a little pink for me, and mine arrived with the eyeshadow broken up into chunks. The case had been tampered with and the seal was broken. I usually avoid third party sellers but this was from a third party and fulfilled by Amazon so I thought it was safe. Guess not!
