Dr. Priestley's Rosemary Grapefruit Fizzy Water 12 Ounce, 24 Count

Been on the fence about seltzers in general, as the taste (or lack thereof) usually left something to be desired.Still, I was on the hunt for something refreshing, but without all the sugar. I took a crack at Dr. Priestley's and it really hit the spot. Can't vouch for the other flavors in their line-up, but the Meyer Lemon Ginger had a nice flavor profile that wasn't overly sweet like most sodas, but also not bland like most seltzers. Well done, Doctor. Well done.

Was intrigued by the new offering of Dr. Priestley's and thought I'd give it a try. Very glad I did. I decided to give Rosemary Grapefruit a try, since this was a combination I hadn't thought of before -and I didn't go wrong. They obviously figured out the flavor profile as this combination was refreshingly crisp and flavorful. I really enjoyed it. I'll be ordering more and will try out some of the other flavors too.

We really enjoyed trying this new sparkling / fizzy water. The cucumber tastes very fresh and the mint along with it makes me think that this is something you find at high end spa and resort which makes their own infused sparkling drinks. Its was also interesting to learn that Dr. Priestley invented carbonated beverages. Can't wait to try the other flavors. Happily this arrive un-damaged, like other beverages I have purchased from amazon.

I ordered a case of Dr. Priestley's Fizzy Water in the Cucumber Mint flavor. I would normally veer toward a fruit flavor in a seltzer, but this one sounded intriguing. As I suspected, the cool flavors of cucumber and mint coexist and compliment each other in a majorly refreshing way. The cucumber is slightly more pronounced, but does not overwhelm the mint. I CANNOT wait until warmer weather to load up a glass with gin and Dr. Priestely for a summer cocktail to be reckoned with. I would love to see a mixed case with 8-packs of each of the three available flavors until they are accessible in stores.

I can’t say enough about these. We are on our fifth case and have so far gotten 6 other families we know hooked. Buy them, you won’t regret it. Cucumber mint is our favorite, but the variety is nice too for a little change. The taste is the furthest we’ve ever tasted from artificial or perfume like. It literally taste like fizzy water with fresh raw cucumber in it.

This is a subjective opinion, but as someone who LOVES grapefruit, I found that rosemary grapefruit as a flavour combination did NOT work. It became something perfume-like and unpleasant. I think I can finish the cans that I bought, but tend to make a displeased face after each sip.It's clearly a well-produced fizzy water, and the art is beautiful. Even though it's really quite expensive, I would have been happy to buy it again if it was tasty. I just think this particular flavour combination misses the mark.Product arrived as 3 boxes of 8 count, FYI.

8 out of the 24 cans arrived exploded, probably frozen during the delivery process. Please see the attached photos. And when I try to pursue a refund (a return doesn’t make sense here), the Amazon options tell me “this product is not elegible for return” with no other options. This is a really unimpressive showing, Amazon. I’d appreciate a response and action to set this right. Thanks.———————————-Update: I found my way to an Amazon Customer Service phone option. It would be good if it had been easier to find. They called me right away. I explained the situation—the customer service staffer understood quickly and offered a refund, which was processed shortly after the call. I appreciate this reasonable, speedy response. I upped the number of stars in my review from one to four. I tried the sodas that survived delivery—good flavors, unique, more complex than other flavored bubbly waters. Hard to choose which one I liked best. Would try them again, but maybe not until they’re available in stores on the west coast (to avoid further exploded cans from delivery).

Interesting flavors. Not overpowering. I bought these mostly for the cucumber mint flavor. I’d had a cucumber mint beverage at a brewery that I really liked and I was searching for something similar. These aren’t as sweet as the one I had before but they also don’t have any calories, sodium or artificial flavors. They cost more than others I’ve seen. I really like them so I’ll probably buy them again.
