Not for the backyard
This was written by people who raise rabbits on a commercial level. The writers seem to have gone "OMG how do we fit it all in" and covered all they could in summary format. The only housing they mentioned was a barn with wire cages and air conditioning. They do have sections where they talk about appropriate food and water bowls, butchering, and selecting breeding stock but that wasn't what I was after. A good primer for those wanting to go commercial but not for those wanting to be just a little more self sufficient.

Only a history/story book!
Very little information. More like the history of rabbits.

Worth The Read
Great book. I've got a whole library on raising rabbits and I still learned new things from this book. Would give five stars but it felt lacking with quickly actionable information to start or improve your rabbitry. Good long term conent.

Very good book, easy reading!!
I was very happy with this book, it has a very honest view of raising rabbits for meat. I also loved the descriptions in each new chapter.

Uninspiring ...
I was really keen to find out how to produce , small scale , free-range , smallholder rabbits for meat in the U.K. ... so this was not the book for me i,m afraid .
